Cashing Out

I see on the FWR board that DOR, a long time NOT holder (since before ROF days) has cashed out all of his shares and will be sitting on the sidelines for a while.

Could be anticipating a further weakening of the share price as the takeover attempt fails?

I hope both companies prosper because may of us own both and are happy with the independent prospects for each.
