I agree the BOD have great plays and tactics. As glorieux has pointed out they seem to be able to tie their granting of options to themselves very well with good news releases so that they can make some money while further diluting the total shareholder base.

I guess that is good if you want to say we have a rich BOD but I am still licking my wounds (as many, many are) from the last "great tactic" they used to get control of this great opportunity.

I agree there are great advantages to some amalgamation in the ROF but I do not want NOT to be the leader of this effort - for all retail shareholders sake.
