I don't see how acquiring assets is a dilution , it is a natural process of financial expansion and growth for any company ;

Fwr ,if taken over , will be carrying with them assets and prospected land making the pie larger and therefore contributing to more value of Not itself.

The ratio of SP of both companies is a piloted strategy of highs and lows , it will change and the " 4 to 1 "will look very attractive to the Fwr shareholders toward the take over deadline.
