When NOT made the formal announcement of the takeover of FWR on Oct.13,NOT closed at 1.93...My thinking was that NOT's sp would rise to make the 4:1 bid more acceptable to the shareholders of FWR...There was even talk of 3:1 as a possible next offer...Now i don't understand what is going on...NOT is at 1.68....If WES has any rabbits to pull out of his hat,he better start rounding them up...BTW I hold both NOT and FWR..R R
