I firmly believe that Not BoD has got thinks on the back burner ,not to push Fwr SP down , but boost our one SP to reestablish the original ratio if not better it .

part of my previous post:

"The ratio of SP of both companies is a piloted strategy of highs and lows , it will change and the " 4 to 1 "will look very attractive to the Fwr shareholders toward the take over deadline."
