Who knows whats going on but here is a possibility.

NOT is down because shareholders think that the deal will not go through and NOT will not acquire FWR. So they are selling NOT.

Before the deal was announced NOT's sp was higher than it is today. When hole 49 was announced it went to $3.00. Now the ore body is continuous almost to 1000M with drill results to 1500 M pending.

So why would people think that NOT without FWR is worth less than what it was before the offer? As one poster so correctly stated, it is all about emotion and very little about rational thinking.

FWR is up because shareholders think there is a better offer coming. They had better hope they are right because it could go back to 22 cents.
