Frank, even though they each own 50%, I have to agree as FWR would then claim that they have an Eagle as well, albiet shared 50% with NOT. More upside for FWR than NOT just because of that fact. Again, even though it's 50% each.

BUT, both SP will rise with any hit on that cone, you have to agree with that. So it's still all good IMO. If the takeover is to be, it will be, in any case.
