owning both NOT and FWR I don't care if the deal goes through or not as long as I make money. So my quesiont is:

Has the Rosseau group screwed or benefitted stock holders in prior company takeovers? examples?

Obviously if they've squandered companies with bad decision making or manipulated the stock then abandoned it, leaving no profits for retail, then screw them and stay away from FWR. On the other hand if they have the soul of Friedland and his nack for profits as well, then go ahead an make me money (without poisoning the land of course).
