Noront confirmed today that they are in 'blackout' and hence no insider, management or BOD is allowed to sell. They have also confirmed that no insider has sold.

The sales were done by Raymond James as follows :

89 Raymond James 0 45,000 79,000 1.76 -45,000 79,000
89 Raymond James 0 55,000 98,790 1.80 -55,000 98,790

So it would appear that one of the ex-insiders has decided to sell during the midst of a takeover campaign, and been very efficient about reporting it to boot.

You might think this was strange behaviour, maybe even sabotage, I couldn't possibly comment.

Some of you may also remember the big sell ticket of Raymond James back in April/May time when they sold about 1,100,000 shares, 100 at a time.
