When a company is in a "Blackout " period is there any kind of official announcement from any regulatory body??When a stock is halted IIroc makes the official announcement..How do we know Not is in a Blackout??Is FWR also in a Blackout??..Just wondering, because have never had a stock in a Blackout..Any clarification would be greatly appreciated...Regards & TIA...R R
