"He who has the gold makes the rules" and wealthy as some posters may be on these forums, they don't sit at that table. In the end, common sense will prevail over this consolidation and the parties involved will have their proportionate share depending on tangible assets and agreed upon intangibles such as strategic position. Eventually, this will be played out until a timeline milestone is reached where the significant shareholders will want their money and the big bang will create the new mining camp. Right now, NOT really has the upper hand with tangible assets. FWR are playing their assets as hard as they can but the truth is, their assets have not changed whereas Noronts are being sweetened constantly and strategically I might add.
