You make a very good point ..but you also missed the point that it wasC.T.C. that wanted the meeting with no advanced warning, not G.T.

If like most people, weekends have been set aside for family matters (wife, kids, special occasions etc....)

Deals of this magnitude are not made in bars or golf courses..they are made in board rooms and with legal representatives present...sorry but that dog won't hunt!!
