My take:

Institutions hold 59 pct of NOT. Meaning that NOT is no more under the radar. It's litteraly not a little speculative penny stock anymore. This stock is for the moment being played by daytraders, low volume&little swings.

SP appreciation is given by the institutions holding shares, they drive it up or down. This is so more true for NOT now.

We'll just have to wait when the big fellows want it to go up again....Patience
