NOT was able to increase their SP from 0.63$ to 3,00$ from July 14th to August 4th while market were flat. And NOT probably planned it that way.

Curiously, NOT announced $20 million equity financing on August 6th at 2.80$

On August 26th, NOT closed 'easily' the equity financing ($25 million instead of $20 million)

Dark and powerful forces seems to be behind NOT.

I think we just have to wait a little bit more to see those forces again...
