If I had to guess who that company from europe would be it is XSTRATA---they what to control the chrome market--they are involved with nickel--JV. with FWR--waiting for CLIFFS to scope up all the cromite companies --then eat up Cliffs--were they not looking to JV. with Goldfields--that fell threw--so in order to keep up with the bigger boys--just buy up Cliff's----just like the viagra commercial----when the moment is right---they also have a smelter in thunder bay---happy
