State of Flux, that's what we're in now while we await this decision by the Quebec governing body.

I must agree, we are now in the wait & see from QSC. Now when I have phoned these agencys on a time frame ? There answer is in a TIMELY MANNER ! I still can*t figure out what timely is ( Go figure). If anyone can explain timely for me ? Please be my guest.
