This bit of news is interesting in the sequence in which it was introduced. The infra-structure issue has been raised many times to cast doubt on NOT as a worthy investment. NOT seems to be building a chain whereby the last links added will be the clinchers that will complete the circle necessary to hold this investment up as something to be reckoned with. When NOT unveils the real skinny there will be little room for justifiable criticism as NOT will have covered their bases. We now await the fireworks.
