Someone sent me a PM asking about the blackout period, wether it was over or not. Noront is currently in a blackout that will last till the FWR acquisition is completed (or defeated). Blackout periods for Noront include 2 weeks prior to a material NR and 2-4 weeks after depending on info released.

So with NOT having drills turning all the time, they are pretty much in a blackout all the time. The only reason "insiders" can sell lately is if they are ex-insiders ie JH, RN, NN or someone like Agoracom who was considered an insider when they were the IR firm for Noront. Any of these people could sell and report this as an insider sell even though they are no longer active insiders.

For current management and BoD to be able to buy, they pretty much have to wait for a PP.
