From the June 29th release.

Micon International was contracted to complete a NI 43-101 Technical
Report for the Blackbird One and Two deposits;
- AECOM Canada Ltd. was contracted to complete baseline environmental
studies at McFaulds Lake;
- Discussions with Federal, Provincial and local government agencies on
regional infrastructure development plans are continuing;
- We continue to develop initiatives with local First Nations interests
to provide innovative and fair employment initiatives and business
partnerships;

This has been in the works for some time, part of the bigger picture, take this any way
you want but when it comes to development of infrastructure in the North , SNC comes out
on top. SNC has got real bonifide Northern design construction experience whereas when
looking at Krech Ojard & Associates past rail projects imo none of the projects listed on the
website are of any benefit experience wise to the construction scope of work the ROF
rail is going to require.

Of course as a disclaimer.... this is just my opinion.

SNC Lavelin

or

Krech Ojard & Associates, P.A. of Duluth, Minnesota.

They've got thier work cut out for them.

My moneys on Noronts choice of Contractor.

Regards
Notster.
