I Like what you said. "if they decide to work together then there is hardly any duplication IMO". It makes sense to me that there will be "working" together to bring about all the pieces that will make up the ROF. Cliffs and NOT working together.....why NOT. At least at this time. We are focusing on the NOT/FWR scenario. we maybe need to look at the "middle" picture.
