It's one where people accept the fact that there are individuals who would undermine reality but that people would not assume that everyone with a differing opinion was suspect. It's clear to me that the tension people are feeling is manifesting itself in tempers and paranoid thinking. Too many people are making too much of too little and mixing in emotion to the extent that there is a lot of irrational and unevolved behaviour, certainly not business behaviour. We play all manner of games like poker, chess, football, hockey and a myriad of others that rely heavily on secrecy, stealth and conspiratorial approaches for the purposes of entertainment, yet with all of this play time training, we question its use in the work-a-day world? I would bet some of my NOT/FWR fortune of the future that a good number of people, when finally realizing the truth of this story, will be rather embarrassed or certainly amused by what passed for analytical thinking in the day.
The simple truth is that there are the aggressors and the defenders and all that changes are the names. Sometimes the aggressor wins, sometimes not, sometimes they work things out. Any of these scenarios is possible. The players will do what they can to hold onto their turf or covet the others. Sounds like a game doesn't it? Monopoly anyone......politics? I would enjoy a little calm in the posts and a little reflection on what one is trying to accomplish and why. But then, people will only do what they want to. Those that respond to this post would have taken things in hand anyway. Human nature. One of my favourite sayings: "You only learn from that which you believe to be true" Sorry, don't remember the source.
