The dilemma/opportunity we all face, as reflected in the angst of many posters, is that both FWR and NOT are speculative. We can call NOT a huge speculative, but not a major, not even an intermediate miner. We need to appreciate NOT's value for what it is, similar to FWR, a speculative with huge potential upside. If either of these is your major investment, you are out on a limb. In order for either or both of these companies to move to a less speculative position will require either huge investment/dilution, or a takeover by/ JV with an established miner. It is total smoke and mirrors for either company to posture about self development other than in a heavily diluted JV, because the time involved will always make a sale to a major more attractive.
