If Wes is truely serious about this merger, then he had best do something to get the SP of not beyond the 4-1 ratio. This is the only thing that will bring the FWR retail shareholders on board with us. IMHO all the backbiting/ fighting/ animosity on the two boards is just NOISE! I feel that it is up to Wes to make this thing work, and he doesn't have many trading days to make his move before the deadline. Hopefully it is time for show and tell- Let's see your cards Wes!
