With all due respect, minerals are, for the most part, "extractable", but to varying degrees from their hosts. Whether they can be extracted profitably, remains to be demonstrated. A feasibility study is required. A 43-101 compliant report, per se, may not provide the information/documentation to make an informed judgement.
