If as many posters here believe CLF has no passion for control of FWR, then why does NOT ? And , if CLF wants it, why do we think they will walk away from it ? To point out again, 2+% dilution of CLF gets it now, whereas it is out of reach when that dilution gets to 12-15%. Lets analyse everyone's potential motives in this deal, keeping in mind the attitude toward this forum and retail generally.
