On Sept. 24/09, FWR was at 22.5 cents and NOT was at $1.83 and this works out to just over 8 times.

After NOT made their offer, FWR jumped up to .50 cents.

If FWR rejects the offer, I'm sure it will drift right back to where it left off , so I really don't think we need a game breaking news release to sweeten the offer.
