Rerceived today the following from RABO bank The Netherlands.

"Noront res.ltd. brings out a public offer on ALL shares of FWR.If you want to accept Noronts offer you can tender your shares ultimately THURSDAY NOVEMBER 12,2009."

Q:is this the same in Canada?I think it might have some implications for trading.
