I guess I was just born to worry but here is a whatif for you. It doesn't look likely at the present time that NOT will get their 66%; so suppose they get 50% (for the sake of argument). At this point suppose NOT goes away and appears to have no more interest in acquiring FWR (at least for some time). I assume under this scenario the shares of FWR would languish. Now suppose that NOT announces some really good news causing their shares to rise substantially while the shares of FWR were still languishing. Is there any posibility that NOT could come back after FWR but say, "We are worth more now; so we can't offer you as many shares of NOT for your FWR shares". Why do I lay awake at night? IMO.
