There is a substantial error in the manner that this forum is approached in the sense that many posters believe it to be their private playground and they are offended when their ideas and suggestions are rebuffed or at least contested.

Everybody should remember that this happen to be NORONT RESOURCES FORUM and we are , big or small shareholders, very knowledgeable or amateurs ,in the same boat with the same interest and courtesy should be prevalent no matter what.

Hegemony should not be the way to associate ourselves to this conversation-discussion but ideas and knowledge to share as invited guest of this forum.

After all it is a free choice and anyone can elect to stay out of the picture .

One thing is commune to us all : "" NOT "" and the rewards that it will come with and the failures [which i don't thing it will be the case ].

This is not a lecture but a simple reflection of mine .
