As to your second paragraph, which is yours, it is hard to understand why so so many posters think CLF's involvement is a negative to NOT. How could any major interest in RoF be shunned unless there were an ulterior motive. As to the confidentiality agreement, if such a provision existed it would be for FWR's benefit to simply waive it. But since most of us are fully expecting a NOT news release very soon, such a discussion is likely irrelevant to what is going to happen. Thanks again.
