In all honesty anything. It could mean that White Knight has bellied up to the bar to take an honest look at FWR for some kind of purchase; it could mean another junior wanting to amalgamate into a new company; it could mean a Bank or other financial institution that is willing to lend money to FWR to develop the property on their own and etc etc etc. At this point we just don't know.
