Noront was aware of 3rd party involvement with FWR. FWR stated NOT was "opportunistic" in timing -perhaps they were worried about 3rd party or 43-101. Eitherway, Noront's SP will advance upwards because now the big guns need to come from WES.

How does FWR's NR affect NOT.V nov. 18th deadline?
