First we had the offer 1 share for 4

Mac's first response soon afterwards was that he would consider an all cash offer for just the chrome and pay the cash out to shareholders as a dividend payment.

Noront is not in a position to make a cash offer. Perhaps a third party is.

What is NOT to do?

How about coming out with some amazing drill results. Then NOT share price goes up to $3.00....making the offer now worth .75 for FWR shares.
