imo, nots sp was planned to come down. The strategy was to trigger some fwr selling so shares could be accumulated by Not interests. There was selling of Not shares by someone that was still listed as an insider right around or shortly after the takeover bid.I speculate this cash was used to aquire fwr shares.I beleive its very important for noront to aquire fwr.Nobody knows why, only Not and its silent partner/s.I dont think Not will release a super nr yet.I do beleive they have one but i think the fwr business has to be finished first. The most reasonable move for some investors would be to do what you questioned.Sell fwr,(you appease nots appetite for fwr shares),buy not,(at a discount) and then wait for sp appreciation.I dont think Not is playing games here,(theres too much to risk),this is all just part of their business strategy.I beleive Not thought fwr was as vulnerable as they were going to get and now was probably the most opportunistic time. This has a chance of multiple outcomes that might satisfy all ROF companies. There are so many possibilities and unfortunately no one can foretell the future.I own both NOT andFWR and at this present time I still dont have an educated guess on how to proceed with my holdings of both.I guess Ill just have to sit and let my mind go in circles like most of us here. ps;hoping someone will put this altogether so we can make the right or best decision.Good luck
