Negotiations are ongoing; so perhaps even the insiders don't know how it is going to unfold as yet. I am also puzzled by FWR's SP given the possibility of an enriched price. Why is there lots of FWR stock available at .50 or less. Given a second bidder entering the fray, it doesn'tt seem to make sense. Do your own DD.
