HI, now just why do I find that a distinct possibility? If so, a billion dollars of publicity for a few thousands. That is an excellent co. fiscal policy.

I imagine that all of the appropriate gov't heads are now being convinced that perhaps, just perhaps, there is something to the ROF after all?

So, let's get on with the gov't sponsered infra-structure. politics as usual.
