You summed up in one sentence what took me 6 paragraphs above, lol.

If this new suitor was going to be the saviour, why hasn't the shareprice moved?

IMO, the deal for FWR in it's entirety gets done between .40 or .45 cents based on current market action, that's why if I'm in it for the blue sky of my FWR chrome, I'm better off to tender my shares, no?
