Sam, I hope what they're doing is letting FWR exhaust all of their "not-too-great" NR material to see where they really stand before strategically opening the door on what cards they're holding. Maybe the NOT board feels they have this all wrapped up and don't want to "over" release, wanting the NOT SP to go just high enough to complete the takeover and maximise the value of the transaction while minimising dilution.

IMO, FWR is already starting to look pretty darn desperate... a NR every few days, drill results, speculation, no positive movement in SP, and continuous begging of the shareholders to wait for this supposedly "better" offer (that they can't speak of - conveniently) before making any moves. It all seems to point to desperation from where I'm standing...
