I come before you with a bias, you see I do not own any FWR shares so I do not even visit the FWR forum and was not aware that debate on FWR forum as not very fruitful ( thanks Glorieux) with that context I can understand why many mutual holders would prefer to carry such conversations on this board. However under normal circumstances I would only discuss FWR as pertaining to the offer, any other aspect I prefer it be in Off Topic.

As for Noront news, I suspect that it is too late for the Nov.18 deadline and The News will be just an extension of the offer to past Dec.1.
