No one is excluding information, merely compartmentalizing it in it's proper location.

To all others:
The vote was structured badly. Of course FWR info is relevant to NOT investors as long as the offer stands or there is a possibility of continuation.

The question should have been, how and where are NOT investors to debate FWR issues?
