how to use this site and I see that a hub leader Donnypee is the top hub leader in the list and then I look at the rules and I see that he is at 3.2 and appointed then I read the leaders posts and he is against NOT by the looks of it??? What does appointed mean? Noront has some JV with other companies like Prb and are any of these companies wanting to join Not with the grouping of claims.
