I am trying to put few pieces together but i cannot recall the American entity which after buying a lot of shares in some companies [i believe it was NOT ,FWR and WZR ] put in an offer for a take over and they were promptly rebuffed .

This entity Instead of pulling the offer or extending it came out with a questionable reason that he could not proceed because there was some discrepancies regarding the USA law about the takeovers.

CLIFF sounds a very familiar name ,in the connection , to me and if so , could he be the secret party involved once again meddling in this merger with Not .

On the 3rd of April 2007 i bought a fair amount of Not shares and the takeover process must have started at the end of 2006.

I could be wrong about names but it happened for sure and , if this matches , is HE up to the previous semantics in order to drive the SP up.

Can anybody confirm and , hopefully with the right names , this happening ? Thanks .
