infrastructure and the rest is free profit. Chromite is bonus and could be sold to Cliffs if they want to get their own rail. Platinum can be flown out with no need for road at all except for an ice-road to build mine. Nickel could be concentrated with shipments out as back haul over same road. NO NEED for major infrastructure except fot the chromite,
