They weren't ambiguous enough in their reporting of the 10-15 million ton number - they've made this rookie mistake before - but if they know they're only going to get their wrist slapped why wouldn't they ?? I'd do it too if it got me twice the coverage on the press wires without anything punitive coming from it.
