surprise me if NOT was really after the platinum that it suspects/assumes/knows is on FWR land. Try this on..... The agreement for Dec. 1 between NOT and FWR has some bearing on the fact that FWR expects to have assays on PGE's by that time and NOT agrees to reconsider if PGE's are found to influence FWR value significantly. Just some imaginings.
