I see two problems personally. It looks like you might get 1 CLF shre for every 80 or so FWR shares and if I'm not mistaken I may not be able to hold CLF in my RRSP. The other concern of course is whether the new FWR would even be worth 15 cents, they have done nothing in the past year or so on those properties.

I do agree that this will open some bigger eyes, but the chance of consolidation may now be lost as CLF is not big enough to handle the entire area.
