NOT can do is push our Sp higher, ( with assays )which in turn makes our offer to Fwr higher,this way there is no need for a counter offer dilution etc , or bidding war. Would this not be a win win solution,or am i missing something, sometimes the best solution is the simplest,( like my mind sometimes )
