Hey K your source has got some credibility or you are good at reading between the lines. As Herb stated you posted a rumor and part of it seems to have been proven(all though your predicted purchase value was 5 cents more than the offer). Here is part of your rumor,

"Well, it appears I have made an error. The latest rumor I have just received is that there actually is a 3rd party nogotiation going on, and it does not include NOT. The story I have heard is that there was going to be an offer for the ROF properties, based on .60 /share, which FWR would accept."

Now it will be interesting if those votes will stop Cliffs offer in their tracks .
