A lot of holders here were saying ,wait for mac to speak ,well it seems as he,and the board has spoke.

Freewest Board of Directors unanimously supports Cliffs transaction

My thing is ,i do not like this offer and now i have a dilemma,sell now ,sell later ,hold transfer shares to Not ,vote for cliffs ,which,IMO, is a vote to give the board a very handsome hand shake. but we do not get full valuation. i truly do not know what to do ,i don't think that i want to be in another penny stock (.15) that is just getting,started, to long to wait for any decent returns ( i am to old for this ),so any serious opinions as to what a guy should do???
