I just listened to it, its about an hour long and you NEED to hear it. There is nothing but positive statements about the area and potential.

A couple things stand out. They will mine 400-800K tons of mineral and sell it for about 82-88 cents per pound, at the high end thats about 1.4 billion dollars

they are buying FWR for about $1 per ton or .0005 cents per pound ( i think my math is correct)

Thats one hell of a deal.........

As a fwr and NOT shareholder I think that the offer is grossly undervalued......
